Why do this?
There's no shortage of ideas. What's missing is finishing them.
Finishing ideas
Over the years more than a hundred ideas have piled up. Instead of collecting more, one of them gets built and released every month. A fixed month forces clear decisions and a real result.
What one person can do today
Building a product used to take a team. Today one person with AI support can build in a month what used to take many. The challenge tests exactly that, honestly, alongside family and a day job.

Not every product has to make money. But each one is checked for its potential to be lastingly useful or earn revenue. Whatever works keeps growing.

A personalised bedtime book: your child joins the Moonstone Academy and, as the main character, lives through a whole school year of adventures, read aloud, with dice, ending in sleep.

A game launcher for Linux, made for the couch and a controller: Steam, GOG, Epic, EA, Ubisoft and retro games in one library, with separate profiles for kids. Inspired by Playnite, which only exists for Windows.

At the end of the month there's a finished, usable product.
Doable in a month
No manufacturing, certification or supply chains, so mostly web and AI software.
Solo with AI
No team, just me, AI assistance and my own AI server. AI features run locally wherever possible.

Every project lives here under neotactiq.ai/projects, no separate domains.
Not everything has to pay
A mix of projects with revenue potential and ones for portfolio, fun and reach.
